Job Title: Call Center Agent
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, or provide additional information.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet daily call quotas and quality assurance standards.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve service efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
